From the waiting room to the garage, every one gives the customer consummate service. when my car was being inspected for any necessary fix or fill or replacement part, I was informed every step of the way i.e. nothing was billed to me that the ‘go ahead’ wasn’t approved by me. from my walk in the door to the end of servicing my car everyone respected me as a customer and why so many return to Closs for service.
